Mercer Island home. Here is a 6,000 Sq ft custom home built facing the water. We custom framed a flair at base of house continuing around complete perimeter including entree ways. We then installed pre primed trims, belly bands and shingles and aligned the bottom of shingle coursing to meet all the tops of windows.
West Seattle home. Here is a custom built home, we installed cedar soffits and James Hardie Plank siding and trims to accent the exterior.
West Seattle home. Here we took a house from 1908 that had 3 layers of siding, we demoed it and then brought back the life of the home using all James Hardie siding products, shingles, trims and lap siding and installed new Knee Braces above the Eves to resemble original look.
Kirkland home, here we completely demoed all the existing shingles off of home and replaced them with new pre primed cedar shingles and facia boards at roof line. As you look towards the center of home you can see we built a trellis addition as well at our customers request to accent the front of home. The little details can make all the difference.

Mukilteo Home. We do dozens of LP re-sides each year and here we took a house from the early 90's and demoed and replaced the failing LP siding with new James Hardie Plank siding and trims.

South Seattle. Here is a new construction home looking out over the 520 bridge, we installed pre stained cedar trim and shingles.
West Seattle Home. This is a Custom new construction addition, we installed all new James Hardie Plank siding and trims with new cedar soffits.
Seattle Home. Here is a new construction home, we installed James Hardie Plank Siding and trims along with stained cedar shingles in the peaks. We also created a custom arches and columns to accent the front entry area of home.
